Laura Kielo is a Finnish-language electropop artist who composes and produces her own songs. In Laura Kielo's music, the shrill synthetic sound world is combined with the delicate tones of the melody and the organic, Finno-Ugric voice. In addition to melody, the human voice is used as textures, instruments and samples.

Laura Kielo's songs move in an urban metropolitan landscape and modern Eastern Finnish agrarianism. The sound world varies from massive to minimalistic. Laura Kielo's concerts are very visual and have been described as intense and hypnotic experiences, "like Massive Attack combined to Eurovision song contest".
The first single release "Pidä" came out in the summer of 2023, the second single "Elohopeana" in October 2024 and now a long play to be released in the spring of 2025 is in the works.

Behind Laura Kielo is Laura Vuorjoki-Elo, who has been making music as a profession for over 20 years. Her roots are in the Finno-Ugric folk song tradition, in addition to which she has composed music from jazz to choral works and church music.
